Credits are calculated at 1 credit per second of execution time. A 30-second job costs 30 credits, a 5-minute job costs 300 credits, a 30-minute job costs 1,800 credits. Free tier gets 1,000 credits/month (≈16 minutes), Starter gets 10,000 credits/month (≈2.7 hours), and Pro gets 50,000 credits/month (≈13.8 hours).

On the Free tier, your workflows will pause when credits hit zero until you upgrade. On Starter and Pro tiers, you can purchase $9 booster packs for 5,000 additional credits (≈83 minutes) to keep running before the next billing cycle, or upgrade to a higher tier.

Yes, you can cancel your Starter or Pro subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

Free tier has a 5-minute max runtime per job. Starter tier allows up to 10 minutes per job, and Pro tier allows up to 30 minutes per job - perfect for data processing, model training, and complex workflows. Runtime caps prevent runaway jobs while your credit pool controls costs.

Currently, we support Node.js 18+ for all tiers. Python and Go runtimes are planned for future releases.

Starter and Pro users can securely store encrypted secrets (like API keys, tokens, webhooks). These are injected as environment variables into your workflow executions and never exposed in logs.

Refunds are generally not provided for subscription fees or credit purchases, except in the following cases: service outages exceeding 24 consecutive hours (pro-rated credit refund), billing errors or duplicate charges, or as required by applicable consumer protection laws. You can cancel your subscription anytime and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
